About the Committee: The Economic Restructuring Committee supports our mission through projects intended to prevent physical and economic deterioration in our historic downtown area. Thus far, the Economic Restructuring Committee has focused on activities designed to promote the stable occupancy of downtown properties.
Stable occupancy occurs in our historic district when occupants thrive because they are located in our historic downtown area. In turn, a thriving historic downtown generates interest in the historic significance of this area. Currently, the Economic Restructuring Committee is in the process of meeting and learning about the occupants of our historic districts.
Monthly Meeting: 1st Tuesday of every month, 11:00 AM, at Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce offices.
