- Historic architecture: History buffs will delight in an historic walking tour of downtown. Notable architecture includes the Rossi Building (1900), Cady Building (1914), as well as several homes of various architectural styles, including colonial revival, craftsman bungalow, farmhouse, folk vintage and prairie. Downtown Beaverton is within a few minutes’ walk from the Beaverton Transit Center. It is home to both the WES commuter train, bus station, and the MAX light rail, so it’s connected to a variety of transit options.
